Pre-Telemed Triage & Vitals

Pre-Telemed Triage & Vitals

Turnkey Solution for Capturing Vitals for Telehealth and Virtual Care Visits

Capturing vitals is essential for any medical exam and is a standard operating procedure for any healthcare visit in person.
As telehealth and virtual care have expanded, one major drawback to remote visits has been the lack of ability to capture patient vitals.
Having a quality method to collect vitals data without being reliant on self-reporting or patient access to remote devices has been unobtainable until now.

At Primas, we have developed a turnkey solution that allows a patient to collect and send their vitals data to their provider using nothing more than the camera on their smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer quickly and easily.

This can be easily implemented during the intake process for a telehealth / virtual visit just like is routinely conducted during in-person exams.

Our vitals capture solution not only provides the healthcare provider with essential data needed to conduct a thorough exam and provide the most accurate diagnosis, but it may also reveal hidden health issues that need to be addressed

This can help optimize reimbursement/revenue, E&M, diagnosis/coding, risk adjustment, and care gap opportunities.

Ultimately this delivers a much more automated and seamless intake and registration process for both patient and provider – further enhancing the virtual care experience. By using Primas’ Remote Triage & Vitals capture technology, your providers will have access to invaluable data to make better-informed decisions about patient care, immediately prior to the Virtual Visit.

The ability to capture accurate patient vitals data remotely is essential for any healthcare organization delivering telehealth that is looking to provide higher quality care and optimize reimbursement.

Primas can help you make this a reality!

Customized sequencing allows you to connect with your patient after vitals.

As artificial intelligence advances, it is becoming increasingly clear that the next step in artificial intelligence will involve not only augmenting human decision-making, but also human interaction.

By utilizing hyper-realistic digital twins and other advanced technologies, artificial intelligence can now effectively simulate human behavior to an extent where a person may not be able to distinguish between artificial intelligence and an actual human.

This means that artificial intelligence can offer more accurate assessments than humans in certain situations while providing near-instant feedback on any given situation. It also means that artificial intelligence has the potential to bridge the gap between humans and machines. All while allowing for more efficient collaboration in decision-making processes.

Digital twins provide valuable real-time feedback on any given situation and can offer more accurate assessments than a human alone can do.

The possibilities for artificial intelligence are endless. One thing is certain: artificial intelligence is no longer just an augmenter of human interaction; it is becoming an integral part of it. As artificial intelligence advances further, it will be up to us to ensure that human judgment remains at the forefront while artificial intelligence assists us in ways we never thought possible. In this way, artificial intelligence can help bridge the gap between humans and machines, allowing us to unlock the power of artificial intelligence in ways we never thought possible.

By augmenting the capabilities of artificial intelligence with those of humans, artificial intelligence can help bridge the gap between humans and machines while simultaneously providing efficiencies in decision-making processes that could not have been achieved before. The possibilities for artificial intelligence are virtually limitless. What is certain is that artificial intelligence will continue to revolutionize healthcare into the future as patient demand escalates.

Remote Triage

Remote Vitals | Contact Center Solution | Primas Group

Symptom details are combined with other data to create a recommended action and insight list that can assist human decision-making and lead to the best possible outcomes.

Likewise, remote triage and vitals collection is making a huge impact around the globe and saving lives.

Using some of the most advanced symptom checking technologies, we ask a small handful of questions to get deep insights into potential unknown issues and hidden indicators.

As a result of our free form Natural Language model we can deliver some of the best insights in the industry

This First-Party data is used in conjunction with historic EHR information and collected vitals. Subsequently, we use medication information and chronic illness evidence to help patients reach the best resource.  As a result, this provides their caregivers with the best possible insights, that they may not be able to collect any other way.

Provider Detailed Data Drill Down

With the provider back-end module, caregivers can drill down to access deep current knowledge on potential conditions and red-flag items.

Healthcare & Mental Health Access in the Workplace

There is about to be a significant shift towards employer-provided access to healthcare services in the workplace.
The business model will likely be supported if not fully funded by payers and contract holders.  They stand to benefit the most along with the employer.
For example, a study by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) showed that mental illnesses cost American businesses $105 billion annually in absenteeism, lower productivity, and workers’ compensation claims.
Providing quality access to healthcare from the workplace will increase productivity, improve overall wellness and literally save lives.

Primas solutions are vendor agnostic, which means we work with anyone.  In this case, we insert our process when the patient clicks to join the telemedicine session and enters the waiting room.  The Virtual Guide walks them through the process and then asks them to wait for the doctor to join.

We use an A.I. symptom checker to identify multiple potential conditions within a medical database of symptoms.  We also cross reference EHR historical data, blood test results and other criteria that may be available.

In simple terms, the cell phone camera video feed can reveal varying elements of blood flow, seen in different parts of the light spectrum and analyzed to deliver the readings.

More technically there is a unique mix of signal processing and AI technologies, combined with a proprietary mathematical back-end to analyze a signal taken from exposed skin on the surface of a human face. It applies motion compensation and illumination normalization and supports any gender and skin color. The health parameters extraction is based on a remote photoplethysmography rPPG or PPG signal (using the touch of a finger on the smartphone or tablet’s rear camera for challenging environmental conditions like complete darkness).

FDA Approval is in process for a number of the partner elements used in the sequence.  As more are added, they will be added to the list for approval.  Different applications within the sequence have their own approval processes and they can vary from country to country.  Certifications and Approvals are always being updated.

Yes! We understand that many companies love having solutions in the cloud, but we also recognize some like to have their data close to home.  You get to choose.
